What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

1. What's the most courageous thing you've ever done?

I recently had prosthetics put on my face to film a music video. I felt very uncomfortable and self conscious with them on, especially in front of a whole crew. After an hour in them I remembered that I had a job to do and had to swallow my embarrassment and perform for us to have a decent product. Performing always gives me anxiety, but I always deliver for the band, team, or crew that I am on.

2. How are creativity and innovation related?

I think both are based off of seeing what's been done before, and consciously going the other way.

3. Why do companies need clarity and creativity?

Companies need to be able to articulate their message, mission, or product in a manner that is digestible and interesting for their consumer.

4. You have 30 minutes of free time. What do you do with it?

I either mix music, design, or go run some miles! I'm a believer of always working on your crafts and plugging away at a project. I have found that projects don't get done in one big swing of effort, but rather little moments of clarity.

5. What is one risky and bold goal in life you have? Or, if you could dedicate your life to solving one problem, what would it be?

I want to be able to work with incredibly talented people and have my childhood idols be my colleagues. However, I want to use my design and art practices to highlight food inequality and design systems, brands, etc. to restructure this systemic inequality. Only 10% of Americans eat the proper amount of fruits and vegetables every day. By the end of my career I want to see that number go way up!

6. Explain your creative process

I find that a lot of my initial ideas come from asking myself a series of questions. For example, my latest project "Eat Shit, Die Quick," started by analyzing the wellness space. "Is the wellness space intrinsically inclusive?" "How can we make it more inclusive?" "What is the relationship between food inequality and wellness?" I look to answer these questions through design, and ultimately that is how I make my design choices.

7. What is the best advice that you have been given?

Focus on your work, the opportunities will follow.

8. What is your definition of creativity?

Seeing patterns, styles, and formulas and rejecting them and making a different way.

9. What 10 songs are on your favorite playlist right now?

The Motion - Drake INVENTED IT - Baby Keem Split / Whole Time - Lil Yachty Hit Different - SZA Stick to the Models - Future Sex With Me - Rihanna Classics - Starchild & The New Romantic 20 Min - Lil Uzi Vert Hello - Pop Smoke feat. A Boogie wit da Hoodie) Sky - Playboi Carti

10. How do you want people to remember you?

I really want people to think that I am nice, caring, and that I listen to them fully. I try to leave each conversation having helped rather than looking for help.

Have you been convicted of a crime and/or a felony? If so, what was the offense? State the city, country, and date.
