Bio

Culture is what gives my creative identity meanings and contexts. With these pilled contexts, I connect them with content and express them through design. I am a designer raised in Hong Kong and San Francisco who recently graduated from the BFA Graphic Design Program at San Jose State University. This part of my upbringing is the core of why and how I design. I design to tell a story. Stories that have an emotional impact and shape the human experience. Observing everyday life inspires my creative flow. These observations can be anything, ranging from a simple line movement from an industrial building, a fast intuitive tool from a grocery market, or an ordinary human interaction. I capture them and store them as visual memories. With these inspirations, I wish to apply them in my design and make a connection to those who experience my work. Talking to the audience and users with an intentional design is what I strive for. When in doubt, I find joy and purpose in connecting with others and sharing inspiration. With observation, compassion, and curiosity, I hope to shape a healthy and fun culture as a designer.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Skills

I am familiar with designing in Adobe Creative Suite, ranging from flat graphics, motion graphics to interactive prototypes. I can also design in Sketch and make 3D prototypes on Fusion 360. Besides graphic design. I have knowledge of user research, photography, and videography. I know basic HTML AND CSS. I speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Each company is an independent identity. For an identity to be expressed and conveyed, It needs clarity to relate, and creativity to stand out.
