The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I am familiar with designing in Adobe Creative Suite, ranging from flat graphics, motion graphics to interactive prototypes. I can also design in Sketch and make 3D prototypes on Fusion 360. Besides graphic design. I have knowledge of user research, photography, and videography. I know basic HTML AND CSS. I speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

How are creativity and innovation related?

Creativity is the mindset that imagines beyond what is already done. Innovation is where actions happen, where ideas get translated and bring to life. Creativity is the root of innovation. Innovation is the presentation for creativity.

Why do companies need clarity and creativity?

Each company is an independent identity. For an identity to be expressed and conveyed, It needs clarity to relate, and creativity to stand out. Clarity grounds the solidity of the identity of a company, creativity brings excitement and uniqueness to a company. Companies need both in order to bring out a brand that serves purpose and meanings to the world.

You have 30 minutes of free time. What do you do with it?

I will make myself a nice cup of pour-over coffee, and play a song in guitar.

What is one risky and bold goal in life you have? Or, if you could dedicate your life to solving one problem, what would it be?

If I can dedicate my life to solving one problem, it would be the lack of authenticity in human connection. The pursuance of design is to me is to design an experience for life. If there is one experience I want to improve in life, it will be cultivating a more open and accepting culture for people to express themselves transparently among each other with trust cultivated.

Explain your creative process

My creative process starts with a drive. The drive to improve or express something. I then come up with possible solutions through my collections of visual memories, mind maps of thoughts inside my head, linkage of words and images, or visual inspirations from books, online or surrounding objects. I then take these elements and translate them into something visually tangible. I execute them in mediums that match and apply my own taste of styles and language through color, shapes, lines, textures, or type.

What is the best advice that you have been given?

When you are vulnerable in trying to design with deeper emotion and meaning, create with more intension and drive.

What is your definition of creativity?

The curiosity to imagine beyond what's already existed and the courage to bring those ideas into life.
