What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Why do companies need clarity and creativity?

I believe creativity and clarity goes hand in hand. For business, clarity allows passion and purpose to align and motivates the team to achieve new heights.Through this journey of overcoming obstacles, creativity will become the means to encourage people thinking outside of the box and to solve problems more efficiently.

You have 30 minutes of free time. What do you do with it?

In my free time, I would grab a book from my shelf and begin reading. It has always been a great source of inspiration to me. Not only does it expand my knowledge in different fields, from architecture, product design to photography and philosophy. But it also gives me passion and motivation to carry the things I learned onto my next project. For example, the “God Does Not Play Dice” project was the result of me getting inspired by a book on quantum physics.

What is one risky and bold goal in life you have? Or, if you could dedicate your life to solving one problem, what would it be?

What is the best advice that you have been given?

The best advice I have once received was from my mentor and Nike. He told me to treat design as a marathon, not a spring. You want to slow down your pace and cherish the moments and people around you instead of burning out from work and pressure. In the end, these will be the little moments in life that build you as a more well-rounded designer with depth.

What is your definition of creativity?

By definition, creativity is the use of the imagination or original ideas, especially in the production of an artistic work; however, I think creativity holds a lot more value that that, it is the ability to align yourself with a client’s vision. It is the ability to translate your conceptual thinking into visual strategy. It is the ability to position yourself at the intersection of design and creative thinking.

I want them to remember me as a creative individual that wears multiple hats, someone who has a great extension of comfort zone, and can work with multiple tools across a wide range of disciplines. I will be that bridge that connects people together, relaying visions.
