Bio

My name is Jenny, originally from Siberia, studied and worked in St. Petersburg in Moscow for 5+ years and went back to the motherland to work more with local brands and places and add a little to design  eld here. I am a young enthusiastic graphic designer with working experience in di􀃠erent places (such as international graphic design studio, museum of contemporary art, international online tech courses) I now work independently mostly on identity systems, print design, editorials, digital and a bit of web design. I`m into di􀃠erent cultures but last few years Japan stole my heart and when I have the opportunity I love to visit Tokyo and  nd its architecture and ascetic design very strong and beautiful. Born in no visual culture traveling opens me new perspective on the world. A bit sarcasticsometimes, I`m respectful and, people say, funny and kind.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

You should pick me becuase

I believe I have never been more ready for this experience and can really add a value to WGI. I simply believe in myself and it is the hardest thing I "achieved" in my life.

Why are you interested in this opportunity?

What are you looking to gain from an opportunity like this?

I would love to be a part of a team of talented designers and if it didnt happen i would love to make visual culture of my hometown better step by step.

What would be your goals after completing this engagement?

4. How did you hear about wgi?

Share an example of a time you were most motivated and a time you were most demotivated.

Last time I was extremely motivated working with a client who wanted to create a branding for its product but then invited me to create not only packaging but clothes for stuff, navigation on its factory. He was open to giving me the initiative to create what I want and think the best solution for him and watching his communication not only with me but with employees, the factory is ethical and cares not only about numbers in sales I felt very motivated to create the best I could for the project. We work together for almost a year now. Also, I was motivated after taking Berlin`s museum brochures. Wanted to run home and start creating something crazy and fun by myself. I feel demotivated every time people I work with start to be afraid of changes and want me to be hands for their ideas.

In your opinion, what creates a great culture at a company?

Skilled people, motivated people, people with ideas, people whoare not afraid, kind people, people who are ready to work, who know how to have a rest, have a specific quality standard for work they do and can support each other.

What brands and companies do you admire and why?

I admire Vitsœ for its bold design, strong vision, for its values. I`m a huge fan of Dieter Rams. In Russia, I would name Strelka University. I think their idea, building, public space, and graphic design are really good and when it started maybe 10 years ago was hugely innovative. And it is all better in life, every detail, every seasonal poster. + Garage Museum of Contemporary Art. I love Berliner HKW (House der Kulturen der Welt) for its every brochure. I have some of them on my wall. Talking big retail brands - Arket, All Saints, Aesop, Le Labo - I love how they differently in their own ways create small worlds and every time you shop is an experience. Interiors, packaging, cards, and tags - beautiful.

What do you do to stay sharp and improve your craft?

It would sound not professional but I rest and reset. The hardest thing for me is to stop researching something, doing something, planning new work. I go to nature, to my favorite coffee shop with a book and no laptop, I listen to favorite music.

What’s your favorite quote?

If you`re good in what you do the right thing will come your way. Your reputation is your resume.

10. If you could solve one problem in the world what would it be?

You should select me because
