What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

What's the most courageous thing you've ever done?

Maybe it’s because the world is currently a-little-bit-shitter-than-normal (to put it lightly), but I now see courageousness as an every day thing. It’s keeping going against the odds, and pushing through when you’re not feeling like yourself. It’s continuing on when you just want to curl up in bed, and it’s reaching out and helping people who need it without being asked first. It’s being conscientious and thoughtful and the most unselfish version of yourself because thats really really REALLY what the world needs right now. In conclusion: the most courageous thing we can all currently do is keep going…deep, huh?

How are creativity and innovation related?

They’re related as you can’t have one without the other—unlike eyebrows, they ARE twins, not sisters. All creative ideas come from innovation, and you cant be innovative without being creative. Both need passion, patience and excitement, pro-activity, determination, nerve and character to thrive; and people with both qualities are ALWAYS the most fun at parties.

Why do companies need clarity and creativity?

Clarity is important because knowing yourself, your values, morals, wants and needs is important, and it’s crucial to creating work with meaning and heart. Creativity is what keeps the world spinning, and without it everything would be one shade of horrible, sludgy, brown-grey goop. However, a little ambiguity within the creative process is crucial too: ambiguity and play in an open, creative space with clear objectives is the fun, messy, experimental grey area; where all the ideas come from. No brown-grey goop there.

You have 30 minutes of free time. What do you do with it?

Currently, in 2020-Covid-aware-life: going for a walk alone whilst listening to a Jon Ronson podcast. Either that, or I’d listen to Miami by Will Smith 9.4637224 times. It’s the little things.

What is one risky and bold goal in life you have? Or, if you could dedicate your life to solving one problem, what would it be?

1: A risky and bold goal: to work on the set / production / writing of a feature film…or the next season of The Haunting of (Hill House/Bly Manor). 2: Dedicate my life to solving one problem…Serious answers: The refugee crisis, Climate Change, Dementia, Bipolar, Schizophrenia…the list goes on. Or…I’d dedicate my life to creating the perfect hair product so that I can have a brilliant Dakota Johnson / Jane Birkin / Mick Jagger fringe at the drop of a hat. Seriously, that hairstyle is hard work.

Explain your creative process

Lots of ideas. Lots of research. Lots of notes. Lots of music. Lots of caffeine (predictable) and maybe a beer or two. Stress. A pivotal realisation. Lots of discussions. Lots of play. A few bang-your-head against the wall moments. A lot more caffeine (it’s not a problem, honest…) A lot more collaboration. A 15 minute walk. Fresh air. A chat with a friend. A fresh pair of eyes. finalfinalfinal_yesreallyfinal.psd. Finishing the work. Clearing out my overly-messy desktop. Getting excited for the next thing.

What is the best advice that you have been given?

Take silliness seriously.

What is your definition of creativity?

Creativity is hard work, passion, experimentation, team work, weird-ness and determination. It’s trying everything just because, and waking up in the middle of the night to write down an idea. It’s daydreaming on all forms of public transport, a phone full of scribbled notes, seeing visuals whenever you hear any kind of music, and a lot of internal, rambling monologues.

What 10 songs are on your favorite playlist right now?

1. Fetch The Bolt Cutters: Fiona Apple 2. Dead Horse: Hayley Williams 3. There Is No There: The Books 4. Border Girl: Young Fathers 5. Janela: Hermitude ft Kimbra 6. Get It Myself: Shelley FKA DRAM 7. Photo ID: Remi Wolf 8. Tomorrow: Mark Ronson, Q-Tip, Debi Nova 9. BS: Still Woozy 10. Flou: Angele

How do you want people to remember you?

“God, that girl had a PERFECT Dakota Johnson / Jane Birkin / Mick Jagger fringe.”
